On Sunday , June 30, 2013 I received a call at 4:40PM that a community I managed flooded. I called Chris Dowdall with ServiceMaster Rapid Recovery. By 6PM Chris had multiple crews on the ground working. Tuesday, August 2, 2013 the Town of Chapel Hill sent a team to inspect the 45 flooded units. They came with condemned signs. Their intentions were to condemn the structures, which would’ve displaced the residents of 45 units and hurt property values.
