Tyler and Christopher were sent by Nationwide Insurance to mitigate the water damage caused by an ice dam on our roof. They were very thorough when locating the problem and all the damage. They respected the property with minimal disruption even when they had to remove sheet rock, insulation, cut out some of our hardwood and tile floors. They explained the process setup heaters and humidifiers and checked on the progress over a 72+ hour time period.
Marcos was great- on time, respected the property, cleaned up, and knew exactly what he was doing! Very pleasant as well !!
