We have had nothing but issues with our service from the local branch. We still don’t have an accurate invoice after requesting one for weeks. The repair team that was going to call us never did. The lack of communication from everyone dealing with our issue has been disappointing. Will Schmidt never replies to emails and the branch manager has yet to call us after a request was made over 5 days ago. I would highly recommend Service Master. In two instances Marcos and Will did an outstanding job. One was with a water mitigation issue and the other was another situation involving water in the crawl space. In both circumstances the issues were handled in a timely fashion and in a professional manner with a good outcome.
The guys completely removed the entire wall in kitchen where water damage was found. Then, they rebuilt it stud by stud and reinstalled the window. If hadn’t told you this wall was rebuilt, you would never know. That’s Exactly what I wanted!!!
Dan Burk and his team of professionals were great to work with. Our issue necessitated being out of our home for 11 days, his team very carefully packed us out, removed hardwood flooring, replaced it and packed us back in with no damage. Amazing! Dan was responsive, knowledgeable and calmed our fears about the large project. Compliments to Sasha, Angelica, Mary and the many other pleasant and hard working professionals that we met. I highly recommend this team at Service Master.
I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service I received from ServiceMaster!
