The ServiceMaster Team of Scott Clewis and Kenny Blake, and the other Scott were AMAZING partners to me for the full first floor restoration of my home due to a flood. If I did not have to give a one star I wouldn't give any. This company does not have their own workers. They subcontract out everything. During our project that took months too long, they had 6 different flooring people come out and our floor is still not right. The general contractor that they assigned was rude, abrasive, and very unprofessional. We are having to redo everything that they so called did because of sub contractors that they hired that did not know what they were doing.
Ty and Brandon did an excellent job and demonstrated great knowledge regarding the issues I was experiencing. Ty was especially helpful in answering all of my questions. As this was my first time encountering such a problem, I was understandably nervous and concerned, but his professionalism and support put me at ease. I truly appreciate the quality of service I received.
