Great team of people throughout the entire process! Everyone was kind and helpful. They responded to our questions in a timely manner. The mitigation and repairs were well done. I would recommend ServiceMaster!

If I did not have to give a one star I wouldn't give any. This company does not have their own workers. They subcontract out everything. During our project that took months too long, they had 6 different flooring people come out and our floor is still not right. The general contractor that they assigned was rude, abrasive, and very unprofessional. We are having to redo everything that they so called did because of sub contractors that they hired that did not know what they were doing.

Ty and Brandon did an excellent job and demonstrated great knowledge regarding the issues I was experiencing. Ty was especially helpful in answering all of my questions. As this was my first time encountering such a problem, I was understandably nervous and concerned, but his professionalism and support put me at ease. I truly appreciate the quality of service I received.

The Customer service was not good at all. The service people And the insurance company were not connected and did not Set the expectation well regarding what to expect with this service. The mitigation person Did not show when he was expected on a couple of occasions and left equipment behind. The repair people did a good job, but again scheduling was an issue.
