I cannot recommend this company to anyone after what I personally went through. The way this franchise operates felt completely opposite of the values they claim to represent. They talk about “family first,” loyalty, and integrity—but in my experience, none of those words showed up when it actually mattered. The Crystal River franchise left me feeling blindsided and deeply let down.
