My insurance company contracted with Servicemaster in Bonner Springs after my personal residence was damaged due to fire. They did a great job of packing my house out and then provided an inventory listing about 3 weeks later. The day of the pack out I realized 3 items were stolen and called the owner to have items returned. The items were returned within a few days and I was told the employee was terminated.
