I have only good things to say about Service Master and the job they have done to remediate our home after the Altadena fires. We feel very fortunate to have a home that is still standing and safe. We also feel so glad to have found Jessica and her crew after early frustrations with other companies. The whole crew were caring and careful, patient and thorough. ServiceMaster did an excellent job responding to a leak that flooded the downstairs dinning, bar, and laundry room areas. Their team cleaned up all the water and dried out the walls and ceiling. They also opened up the ceiling and walls to dry and prepare the areas for repair. Both Edward and Egar were extremely professional and kept us aware of everything that was going to take place, daily. I highly recommend SericeMaster for their work and communication during a very difficult time.
