Absolutely a rip off for the kind of service they provide. I would never recommend this company to anyone. A lot of items we had them clean after a house fire we ended up having to get rid of anyways, which we were going to throw out in the first place but they told us they'd be able to get them clean. Almost all of the clothes were shrunk when we got them back. Can not believe how much they charged us, it was outrageous!! Terrible business.
