An absolute fantastic company to deal with. Extremely professional, friendly, on time and so very understanding and willing to work with you above and beyond. The two supervisors Hope and Jen are phenomenal at their job and just great people. Give them a call if you need reliable and dedicated work.
My insurance company recommended I call the ServiceMaster in Princeton. I called 5 times yesterday, November 12th, and was told someone would call me shortly. Each time my claim was supposedly escalated to management. 27 hours later and still no one has returned my phone called. Apparently this Service Master doesn't understand what shortly is or what an emergency means. Their customer service and promptness is horrible.
