ServiceMaster did an outstanding job in getting all the right folks to work on my mom’s home. The water damage was immediately addressed and all the employees were wonderful to work with. Horrible experience!!! Had an appointment at 9am and by 10:30am no one had shown up. When I called at 9:15am they told me the technician tried to call with no luck and he was stuck in traffic. When I called back a hour later got the same story. Mind you the location is less than 20miles away! I'm not a happy customer!
