I can’t say enough, how pleased I am with all the people at Servicemaster and the work they did. They were always on top of it, calling constantly to make sure that we were satisfied with every step of the way. This was especially evident with James, the manager,. At the end of the job, he went through the room with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He has a genuine humility and sincerity that is hard to find. Could not be more happy with the work they did! Would definitely use them again!
Jeff and Ricky were professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Even cleaned up the debris when finished. The office was also quick to respond and easy to work with too. I highly recommend Service Master.
Senora- Communication is convenient, on point and easy to work with. Helps navigate with the unexpected restoration needs. Most of all she is a highly dedicated self-starter committed employee.
