I reached out to Devan for an estimate to clean our office carpet. Not only was Devan able to come out the next day, he provided a detailed explanation of services and cost. Prior to speaking with Devan, I was prepared to just rent a steamer. Devan saved us from potentially damaging our carpets as we were informed that the steam could have damaged the glue holding the carpet to the concrete causing detachment (yikes!).
