I had Service Masters come out to do some emergency water damage mitigation on a Saturday morning. Doug arrived very shortly after I called. He did a great job identifying where all the water had reached and set up his equipment to remove all that moisture. Doug was very kind and professional. Terry Booth (Operations Leader) showed up at our house to inspect/treat for water damage from excessive rains. He is knowledgeable beyond belief; the utmost professional, and one of the most customer-focused individuals I have had the pleasure to work with. He spent a great deal of time explaining the problem and getting equipment in to begin the dryout and dehumidification. During the Easter weekend I had an urgent need to rent an air scrubber.
