I want to start by giving full credit to the technician who came out. He did an excellent job; very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and the entire job took less than 10–15 minutes. He definitely deserves 5 stars. My issue is not with the technician, but with the company, Service Pro – Residential & Commercial Plumbing Services. Matthew Galvan from ServiceMaster Plumbing Services is a absolutely fantastic plumber and very nice person resolved all the problems while replacing my old leaking water heater with the new one also fixed my incoming shut off valve package by spending half day time with multiple trips to inventory to get required parts and helped us resolve all the issue smoothly.
