They are an extremely unprofessional company. Their employees stole stuff from me (one thing being a picture of my children) and when I reached out to the manager and the owner they both ignored me. They are highly disrespectful simply because I am a former employee who chose a new career path. If a ServiceMaster employee would treat anyone else the way I have been treated the owner would demand that the employee be dealt with. Do not have contracts with this company unless you want stuff stolen from your employees.

I would to offer my honest assessment of Service Master as our contract cleaning service provider. In general, we are a very discriminate (tough) customer will high demands and performance expectations. Service Master has been with our company for decades and has evolved to meet are changing needs. Their professional cleaning competencies and contract services have grown significantly in support of our business all the same.
