They are an extremely unprofessional company. Their employees stole stuff from me (one thing being a picture of my children) and when I reached out to the manager and the owner they both ignored me. They are highly disrespectful simply because I am a former employee who chose a new career path. If a ServiceMaster employee would treat anyone else the way I have been treated the owner would demand that the employee be dealt with. Do not have contracts with this company unless you want stuff stolen from your employees.
I would to offer my honest assessment of Service Master as our contract cleaning service provider. In general, we are a very discriminate (tough) customer will high demands and performance expectations. Service Master has been with our company for decades and has evolved to meet are changing needs.
