We used them after a house fire. I think they’re really good as far as water clean up goes, but not for chemicals from a fire or smoke damage. They were able to find wet spots and pull up flooring for the wet spots. I had to call them back out after they left everything still full of black yuck from the fire. They came out a second time and still didn’t get it cleaned. The manager communicated well. He tried working with us. A pipe busted in my house and flooded 50% of the main level and the entire basement. I used Service Masters for both cleanup and rebuild. Joel was very professional, always returning my calls and answering my questions. Joel coordinated all services needed which was no small task since I live in a small town. He worked with the insurance company on any issues found. I would highly recommend them.
