We used them after a house fire. I think they’re really good as far as water clean up goes, but not for chemicals from a fire or smoke damage. They were able to find wet spots and pull up flooring for the wet spots. I had to call them back out after they left everything still full of black yuck from the fire. A pipe busted in my house and flooded 50% of the main level and the entire basement. I used Service Masters for both cleanup and rebuild. Joel was very professional, always returning my calls and answering my questions. Joel coordinated all services needed which was no small task since I live in a small town. He worked with the insurance company on any issues found. I would highly recommend them.

Joel Pointing Stoled my cabinets with out communication, bad customer communication. I wanted the cabinets for my shop but stoled it while I was gone and said that the insurance was replacing it.
Joel and Creed We’re extremely professional. And answered all of my questions. They got the job done with a matter of weeks and it was a big job my whole upstairs, and my whole downstairs had flooded. They took out and dried out all of the things that needed to be done. Along with spraying stuff for mold, which I 100% loved. And then they did my flooring in my room that got affected and my downstairs and put drywall up.
