I had an unfortunate event happen on a sunny August Sunday afternoon. Flooded my kitchen/dining when I inadvertently left my sink to fill and forgot and went out and watered my flower beds. Because of a sump pump malfunction, for the first time our entire basement flooded, wine room, workshop, office and family room awash in water. I managed to bale out 90% of the water but all the carpets were soaked and too heavy to lift. I was concerned about any delay in removal causing mold. Called Service Master this Easter Weekend when they were closed. Spoke to their answering service. Had two lovely workmen at our house in half an hour.
