Late in the evening my mom's neighbor (under the influence) drove his truck through the front of her house. While no one was seriously injured, this was a lot to deal with, let alone having to secure the giant hole in the front of her house. Service Master did a great job with my basement that flooded with sewage. They were responsive and extremely helpful during a rather traumatic process!
From the start of picking up the pieces after a house fire to the very end I had the best experience with service masters. They were kind and compassionate. Great at communicating any and all information. The staff was always lovely and super helpful! Always available to answers questions or concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Totally unsatisfied, yes they came out to service the water damage, but almost as soon as they arrived Ethen was looking for a 5 star review, wanted to tell his boss what a great job he did, I guess they give him a bonus on his paycheck if he gets a great review.
