Very detailed, great customer service!
We had a flood due to a water system failure. Matt and his team were on the job the day we called. He assessed the damage, removed the furniture for safe keeping, removed the ruined flooring and started the dryout process using 11 industrial fans. It was quick, easy, and efficient. I filed the claim, and he communicated with the insurance company about the damage and the work Service Master had done and would do. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! Pay no mind to their blanket statement in response to this post as they will say anything to cover their blatant disregard to any ounce of compassion for your belongings. This is going to be long, but PLEASE read to the end. I do NOT want this done to anyone else!!!! They are THIEVES. Other reviews say they set you up for insurance fraud......which is true.
