We had Ryan come as our second bid for a toilet leak to check for water damage/mold. The first bid told us we had to rip so much out, including the room adjacent saying it “went under the floor”. Well, enter Ryan who confirmed it was extremely isolated and even did a small exploratory hole to confirm it was not in fact under the floors. Slow Roof leak in the Garage roof that only showed up when it started to come through the ceiling and sidewall wallboard. therefore it included mold on the ceiling and sidewall. ServiceMaster removed the wallboard, dried and removed the mold, recommended a good Roof repair firm and later provided the wallboard replacement as well.
