AJ and Brent were great to work with following a leak my condo experienced. AJ was very prompt, patient and professional and was available for all questions and concerns. Brent was on top of the repair process and was very helpful in explaining the process and what to expect. Would definitely recommend Service Master for mitigation and repair services.

Huge shoutout to AJ Johnson from ServiceMaster. The ceiling in my laundry room completely collapsed recently because of a leak from my neighbor's water heater upstairs, and the whole situation was an absolute mess. AJ came out to inspect the damage and honestly made a super stressful ordeal so much easier to handle. He was quick, clearly knew what he was doing, and walked me through exactly what the mitigation process would look like. Highly recommend asking for him if you ever run into crazy water damage issues!
