I had a total bathroom water loss event in a condo I rent out. Service Master helped mitigate and repair the problem. I was completely disappointed when the shower surround install and caulking started to fail not long after the warranty expired. I was ignored and then told they couldn’t help due to expired warranty. A brand new shower surround and caulking shouldn’t fail a year after install. Totally let down. Beware.

Service Masters magnified the extent of the damage to increase their take. First they thought that everything was covered by insurance. After they found out that insurance was not covering the claim, Service was willing to slightly amend the bill. Still exorbitant.

Lorie and her team at ServiceMaster Restore did a quick, careful packing after a river flowed through my apartment when a pipe burst. I was in shock, couldn’t sleep, or think. Her years of experience packing, inventorying and getting my treasures into the drying warehouse was efficient. ServiceMaster even impressed the apartment management with their professionalism. 51 units were impacted and they definitely outshined how other apartments were handled. I’m so grateful that they took care of me.
