After having ServiceMaster Restore in to perform mitigation and renovation work following a broken water line, I have nothing but good things to say and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. The day of my incident I contacted my insurance company and less than 2 hours later the team was at my house with equipment. I have found them to be professional, courteous and had no issues with communication and scheduling. Blake, Kim and team were very pleasant to work with during such a stressful time.

If I could give this lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE service and communication! I have been trying to get be ceiling repaired for over 5 months and trying to get a hold of my project manager is like talking to a wall. I have emailed, left messages and still no response. The roofing company and painter they hired must have been the cheapest around because the work was subpar. The painter left my ceiling half done, didn't blend anything. This company really knows what customer service is all about. I would go so far as to say that it is one of their core competencies. Their ability to execute and get the job done quickly and efficiently is really impressive and I would highly recommend them.
