They refused to clean my brand new 2 yr old carpet simply because my dog peed on it & then my husband used bleach to try & clean it. Excuse me, Your a carpet cleaning service you're supposed to clean stuff like that. Then the woman told me I should just replace the carpet instead of cleaning it.
