I just wanted to highlight the experience we have had in our dealings with the Service Master restoration team. Aside from the other negative aspects of a house fire - another that I would have had no idea of is that (mostly) everyone you are working with to resolve the matter/move forward sees you as either 'just another job' (at best) or at worst, like we are someone/something that no one wants to deal with.
