Had the displeasure of dealing with Frank at ServiceMaster and the total mismanagement of my case. Went through insurance and ServiceMaster was recommended for a leak. Was told by the first guy that they need to do asbestos testing before work is done (this was February), they came in within two days to start cutting, no asbestos test was done until April 2, with the results being received April 6th (which I had to fight to get by asking constantly for the results). On devait carrément surveiller ce qui était fait pour que les travaux de restoration avancent. Les travailleurs ne semblent pas savoir comment faire leur job. Le propriétaire tente de tourner les coins ronds, ce n'est aucunement fiable et on a dû s'obstiner avec lui à plusieurs reprises. Miguel took the time to explain clearly what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and guidance!
