Completely non-responsive and unhelpful. Go somewhere else. We had wind damage to our home back in May and were referred to ServiceMaster through our home insurance. It's almost September and ServiceMaster has done nothing. We have followed up with our Estimator/Project Manager, Ken O'Donnell, on multiple occasions over the course of >2 months asking for a date when they would be coming out and have received a single, useless response, "got it thanks". Updated Review: 1/10 would not recommend - Unreliable and empty promises. While the initial inspection by Miguel Astros was helpful, the overall experience with Service Master has been an absolute nightmare. Despite our insurance company approving the claim and repeatedly requesting an estimate from Service Master so they could process the payout, Service Master completely failed to provide one or follow through on any of their promises.
