If I could give a zero, I would. Steve and Leslie are the absolute worst. They do not care about clients, inflate insurance claims and never show up to do the work. I have advised my insurance company to never use them again!
We had an extensive flood in our home this past September that affected 2 floors of living space. Going through a renovation of this scope is disruptive and challenging. We are so impressed with this company for making a such a difficult situation tolerable. The crews were very efficient, polite, friendly and skilled. These guys left my basement torn out, items left soaked and molded. Didn't review all damage to electronics and tools. Left me high and soggy. When contacted the crew had quit and had to fight with my insurance for 8 months to get remediation and renovations completed with another service provided. Stay away from Servive Master they shouldn't be in business.
Handled through an answering service and not directly contactable. Does not return multiple messages requesting a quote.
