I’m hoping service improves. I wanted to use Service Master as I had previously in another location and was very happy with their service. Several contractors assured me that they have a wonderful reputation. So far it has taken me a week and at least 3 phone calls to get someone out to do an estimate. In spite of giving a detailed explanation over the phone about the water issue the fellow arrived without the necessary equipment to gauge dampness. My claim was started March 30th and my home is just getting back to normal from that time. The ice storm caused water to flood my basement and damage walls, furniture and carpet flooring. The emergency crew that came were very good and stayed until Late that night to clean out what was wet. They made lists of my stuff that was damaged but a lot of things were missed. If I could give a zero, I would. Steve and Leslie are the absolute worst. They do not care about clients, inflate insurance claims and never show up to do the work. I have advised my insurance company to never use them again!

We had an extensive flood in our home this past September that affected 2 floors of living space. Going through a renovation of this scope is disruptive and challenging. We are so impressed with this company for making a such a difficult situation tolerable. The crews were very efficient, polite, friendly and skilled.
