I had a house fire back in May of 2022 on Mother’s Day. ServiceMaster arrived at my place of residence about 2 - 2.5 weeks later. They did their services which was very unprofessional as the two sat and texted each other in front of me and my son instead of actually talking. They completed their job in a very reasonable amount of time and did a ‘semi decent’ job. I was told that I had 90 days to pay my bill. Today as of August 6, 2022 they still have not sent me my bill.
