I can highly recommend ServiceMaster! Our basement flooded after the recent floods in Evansville. After attempting to dry out our basement ourselves we called ServiceMaster on a Saturday and they were out within an hour and a half. Darrell and his team were nothing but professional and my basement is back to normal! They sent all the information to my insurance company which took one thing off my plate.
Our experience with ServiceMaster was top notch. My Dad ( who is 90 ) had water damage in his basement and they were very respectful of his stuff that he had accumulated over 60 years. Would highly recommend!!!
Absolutely the best! A team of them worked hours on 4/29 to make sure everything in the basement was moved properly and carefully so all surfaces and the walls could be completely cleaned and disinfected. They set up the professional blowers and dehumidifiers so they could make sure all surfaces were dried. They returned every day until the basement was perfect! Would highly recommend Darrell and his crew! 5 stars isn't high enough!
We had a sorta small kitchen fire at Our Home. After Everything was extinguished, We called Our Insurance Company. But the first person that We got to meet was Darrell from Service Master & He had brought a few employees with Him. He was the First Person to sit down and just talked about the situation and made Us actually feel like We were Okay and He also walked the entire home and determined what needed what!!
