Terrible client care. We were never able to get our project manager on the phone and it was difficult to get responses by email. And never were our complaints or concerns handled with care and compassion. There was a lot of damage done to our home by Servicemaster that took so much time and heavy lifting to try to get resolved (with no resolution and us ultimately getting ghosted by them) that we have opted to eat the cost and have another company come fix it. Exceptional service and efficient. We had basement flooding this year and used them for post clean up and demo work.Artik patel and his team has good communication skills and kept us updated before and after they were visiting the site and gave detailed description on what's going on and for their next visits too. They were good and professionals in clean up after they are done. My claim got settled in timely manner due to their exceptional experience and services

Had a flooded basement from a burst Hot water tank.. Response was fast. Clean up crew very professional. Thanks Jenn, Daniel & Danielle.
