Had these folks contracted to do Hail repairs to my house before I sold. The amount of extra work put in by their team was amazing. We required a bit of speed and urgency on our part and ServiceMaster delivered.

I can't speak for every employee or team that is dispatched for service, but these guys not only do a great job, they are also empathic to the situation at hand, deliver quickly, and available for questions afterwards.

ServiceMaster has been handling a water damage issue at my place. Rob has been great to deal with and communication has been decent overall. Most of the delays have been on the insurance side, not theirs. One of the crews did cut the floor back further than they should’ve, and I haven’t heard anything since the floor guy was here, so I’m still waiting to see what happens with that. Service masters is branded but they use sub contractors. They seem to work hard, but show up in unmarked van, no uniforms, don't clean much up after themselves. Knocked over a plant, let outlet and screws scattered on top of 5 gallon pale. This unmarked crew didn't call or provide updates on when they'd arrive, or timing. Just show up randomly without notice despite trying to get service masters to ensure they provide notice. Communication was tough as all ESL.
