From the moment we had a major issue in the basement, ServiceMaster were quick to arrive to the house to start the assessment, and organize the clean up crew who arrived a few hours later (thank goodness). Artik, the Project Manager, was in constant contact throughout the process, quick to respond to all my questions and everyone that came to the house from ServiceMaster, were great. Very professional and each team did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.
Service Master came to our house to deal with a major Poly B Leak. They were fast, transparent, professional, and efficient with their work. Would recommend them to deal with any emergency work!
While the initial flooding in my basement appeared minor in terms of damage to carpets , it grew when I learned that it was not just water but a blocked sewer line, the scope grew quickly. Service Master was retained by my insurance company for the initial cleanup and sanitizing, tests revealed asbestos. I chose Service Master to do the abatement and they did a very thorough job.
