We had recent basement water damage from a storm and were referred to ServiceMaster by Elevate from another restoration company, who was too busy at the moment. Brandon came out the next day, went over all the steps of what we needed to do and gave us an estimate later that day. Elijah was out the next morning to do the work. Outstanding work completed on our basement after it flooded. Elijah was able to get to us quickly and help prevent further damage. Very thorough. Excellent communication every step of the way. Highly recommend.

All employees that were involved in the clean up of the water damage were very professional and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be completed to clean up the water and make sure the floor and ceiling were dry. I recommend them.
