We had terrible damage from the horrific ice storm. Rob was very patient with my parents who were quite anxious about everything. Rob and I (eldest daughter) established a great rapport and he went out of his way to help me and my folks. Thank you Rob for all your help and patience! I would not hesitate to use service master again!

I had an unfortunate house fire in February 2025 a total loss for me and my family. my insurance dispatched Service master and they were on site within a couple of hours tending to our devastating situation. I worked directly with Rob, his compassion and understanding with my situation was so appreciated- he had a job to do yet still exercised the utmost respect and kindness for what we were dealing with.
