We had terrible damage from the horrific ice storm. Rob was very patient with my parents who were quite anxious about everything. Rob and I (eldest daughter) established a great rapport and he went out of his way to help me and my folks. Thank you Rob for all your help and patience! I would not hesitate to use service master again!

I had an unfortunate house fire in February 2025 a total loss for me and my family. my insurance dispatched Service master and they were on site within a couple of hours tending to our devastating situation. I worked directly with Rob, his compassion and understanding with my situation was so appreciated- he had a job to do yet still exercised the utmost respect and kindness for what we were dealing with. Horrible customer service, told 1230 they'd be here, called at 130 said they were on their way, called again at 330 to be told again they were on their way. Supervisor then called and said they will be there by 5. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

In September of 2024 our home experienced significant damage to our attic as a result of a racoon entering through the soffits and having a litter. We contacted ServiceMaster of Barrie and Collingwood and spoke with the manager Lucas and he and his right hand man Justin came to assess the damage in very short order.
