ServiceMaster came out very promptly and did a great job in removing parts of our water damaged walls and wood floor. The team was very competent and routinely checked in to see how the drying process was proceeding. However, it took multiple phone calls over two weeks to have someone come out to give us a quote to restore the damaged areas. I would recommend ServiceMaster of Aurora in your time of need !!! Another non ServiceMaster company did the initial tarping of the roof of my house after a major fire. They would not tarp the major damaged part of the house. It was beyond what they were willing to do.
