Many thanks to Dax and her team for the great job they did remodeling our bathroom after a bathtub leak. Everyone was very professional, took pride in their work and were dedicated to getting the job done. Dax was always available to answer our questions and we appreciated her advice when having to make decisions. We highly recommend ServiceMaster in Wakinsville, GA. With the recent historic winter storm, we unfortunately had a pipe burst. This company in general and Reid’s team in specific (Andy, Dakota, Carson, Cam, & Jacob) has made what was original one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a homeowner much more streamlined and far less stressful. They have all been professionally, polite, and even showed kindness to my animals. Would recommend them to anyone

The ServiceMaster of Athens mitigation department was excellent. The project manager, Reid, along with his team—Dakota, Isaiah, and Ben—promptly traveled from Athens and maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the process. They explained expectations, shared findings, outlined next steps, and continually reassured me with solutions.
