I cannot recommend ServiceMaster enough! From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond during an already stressful situation. Rod, the project manager, was absolutely amazing. I worked with Irvin, Arnaz, and several other gentlemen on not one but two water losses at two different properties within a week of each other. They were so unbelievably helpful. They were patient and understanding as I was very emotional and asked a lot of questions. They were thorough in their work were proactively seeking out different equipment to suit each situation. We had water incursion in our basement during a recent high volume rain storm. We called ServiceMaster and two technicians were dispatched on the following day. The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and effective. A carpet and rug pad were removed, treated, cleaned, and returned within three days. They set up a heater, blower and dehumidifier that dried the affected area. The technicians explained the reason for the seepage and their approach to the resolution thoroughly and completely. Top Notch Team! This company knows about being in the business to help people not just to make money!!! We called in initially because we had water in our basement. We handled most of the water within a 5-6 hour period of the storm. Service Master still sent out Will and Gabalt, very professional and knowledgeable.
