We recently had water damage and contacted a few mitigation companies we went with Servicemaster regretfully. What was discussed and agreed upon was completely different from what was delivered. This company and its employees are extremely unprofessional. We were consistently pushed for a five star google review before the job was even completed. I would just like to share my positive experience with ServiceMaster whom I called due to a leaking sprinkler head that flooded my living room and basement office. The crew of Freddy, Ganbold, Eric, and Tyler were most pleasant and professional. I had to bake them a couple of pizzas and provide them beverages they worked so hard - I couldn’t bare to eat before I knew they did.
