The company responded immediately the same day I called. Very helpful and explained what needed to be done and started immediately. Within 4 days they had solved my problem and had cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank ServiceMasters so much for their outstanding service. I called in needing their service and left a message. The Project Manager immediately called me back and said a team would be at my house with in an hour. The Lead Tech and his team of 4 men arrived and a great job extracting the water. I was very pleased with their service.

Recently had tornado damage on June 11th and our insurance had Servicemaster come out a day or two later and tarp our roof. We showed the technicians how all the soffits were blown off and fiberglass insulation was blown everywhere out of the house. Nothing was advised this day. Fast forward to June 23rd when our insurance finally does the inspection with an adjuster and servicemaster is out using a moisture meter and camera and detect high moisture readings in 2 rooms. The work was left incomplete after 87yr old woman homeowner touched one of the men workers. They left telling her they were leaving and would return with the police. This upset her greatly and scared her. He claimed it was assault and they did indeed call the police. The President of this franchise and the police showed up after requests to not have police involved regardless. The whole situation could have been resolved better and less traumatic for this 87yr old woman, but they did not care. Horrible customer service, beyo... read more
