In the process of renovating our house for a flood, and Josh, Ryan, and Brian have been fabulous. Update: Service Master is AMAZING with the initial mitigation from our flood. Highly recommend. We had a fire at one of our rental units. I found a company to tear everything out but I couldn't find anyone to restore the apartment. My insurance company recommended this company. My mold was on a ceiling 20 feet up ! The service providers were professional and polite. They had to build scaffolding and work on the high vent. It was a project for just a foot splotch of mold! I was grateful they were able to do it quickly. I would recommend them highly.
