The staff was incredibly conscientious, checking in with me at every stage of the process. Polite, accommodating, expedient, courteous, in the midst of what was a bit of a disaster, they made the process understandable and as easy as it could be, alleviating part of the stress. The ServiceMaster truck should read Horace Mann on it. They were there for the insurance company and not me! ServiceMaster didn't move without calling insurance claims adjuster first, call out of earshot of course. Now 7 months after my bathroom toilet overflow remediation work we have just found mold in the room abutting the bathroom. I'm now calling another remediation company to come take care of it. During the remediation process the sliding door the workers used to exit with debris got broken and now it leaks. Response ... read more

Awesome service! We have been using Servicemaster for a few years for regular carpet cleaning and shop floor maintenance. I am happy with their efficiency and professionalism. The Servicemaster teams have followed up after every job to ensure my satisfaction. It’s nice not having to worry about the next service date they call me to set thing up.
