The ServiceMaster truck should read Horace Mann on it. They were there for the insurance company and not me! ServiceMaster didn't move without calling insurance claims adjuster first, call out of earshot of course. Now 7 months after my bathroom toilet overflow remediation work we have just found mold in the room abutting the bathroom. I'm now calling another remediation company to come take care of it. During the remediation process the sliding door the workers used to exit with debris got broken and now it leaks. Response ... read more
