I scheduled an inspection last week Tuesday for a mold test between 9-12pm. My wife was home missing work to meet the technician at our home because we have mold and need to have it inspected asap. I was not given a single call all day Tuesday . It wasn’t until I reached out to Service Master at 11:55am to be told they were not coming. This company is recently under new management. I called them to take care of some emergency cleaning I needed at my moms home and they were there within the hour. They took care of everything promptly and professionally, would definitely recommend them again.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I called service master that handles the Leesburg, fl area twice, granted the 1st time I called it was close to 5:00 PM but still before I wanted to get an estimate and set up an appointment for a clean but seeing it was close to 5 I told the gentleman that answered the pone that it would be alright to call me in the morning, he assured me he or a technician would.
