I had the unfortunate experience of flooding in my home on 7/7, fortunately Service Masters were called to service our home. Cat was our first contact she is extremely knowledgeable in her field of work and very helpful, friendly explaining the who process from start to finish. Cat set dehumidifiers and disinfectant to prep my home for what followed always clearly communicated with me of any updates or changes. Carlos and his team were the utmost professionals. He and his team was quick to arrive at my house, transparent about work that was going to be done, timing, and expectations. We needed mold removal and he and his team treated us well through the process. Someone was calling me in the morning to tell me when someone was showing up and what work was being done. In the evening they called to tell me the work completed and next steps. I appreciated the team and their work ethic. It was great having them work on my house.
