I had a terrible experience working with ServiceMaster. It took months and months to complete the work on one small bathroom with incompetence seemingly at every step. The plumber they subcontracted with (Jeff from Steve’s Service Plumbing) was particularly bad. I only trust Service Master of Nampa with all my disaster cleanups.
I had an issue where a hose was left running just a few feet from my foundation on a Friday...discovered after nearly 7 hours. After speaking to Riane Saturday morning, I scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Chris and his crew were on time, and very professional.
