Very poor service at the 3030 Poplar library. It take 4 people to empty 4 garbage carbage can I mean small 4 ones in office areas. Most of the cans our gone from from our area. They come in as as a group of 4 and only 1 person is doing the work. We are finding stuff stolen from our department. Not major things. But these people are lazy going around in a group of 4 at the Memphis Public Library at 3030 Poplar. I want you want to be aware of this because upper managers doesn't see these issues.
