My house flooded in January, I call a cleanup company right away but they were closed. my insurance company Cincinnati insurance gave me the name of Service Master. They came but they did not have all the equipment they needed and put in three to four cold fans to tried to dry out the 5000 gallons of water that just went through my kitchen. We obtained an estimate from this company last fall for repair of subflooring due to a leaking toilet. Because we left for the winter, it was left that the work would be scheduled on our return. On our return, despite repeated messages, we were never contacted to schedule the work. Now we are trying to find another contractor, and due to lag times, it will likely be another year before the work is done.
