Response time from the moment my insurance company called on my behalf was excellent. Rob Rudy came to my house the very next day, after hours for my convenience, to review the water damage. The very next day I had an appointment setup with Charlie and Lemar to do the work to dry everything out and test for mold. These two guys were very professional, personable, respectful of my property and kept me informed the entire time. They also worked very hard to limit the disruption for my husband who has dementia.
