ServiceMaster was dispatched after another company didn't finish the sewer cleanup in our basement. Rob came and was very professional, taking pictures and discussing what needed to be done. It was a huge job with wall paneling and items to be trashed or moved in order to clean. Skylar & Camden were sent to begin the multi-day process. These two men were amazing. Very positive experience with the ServiceMaster crew of Rob, Scott and Garrett. Great communication and very polite and respectful. While I hope I don’t have another incident at the house that will require ServiceMaster, it’s good to know the quality of service and people that they provide. I would t use anyone else.
