All of the people and technicians were very pleasant to work with however , communication was not always up to par. They told us they would only be working with the top floor of our house, but when it came to throw items away they took items from our basement, and then once that was clarified they left items in our home that were supposed to be removed. SO much black mold formed due to their gross intentional negligence. Highly advise anyone experiencing their negligence to report it to the attorney general for investigation. Charged over $10k to negligently leave my home COVERED in black mold. Had to get a competent professional company in which cost an additional 30k to clean up service masters intentional negligent mess of black mold throughout my home with an infant and a elderly in the home.
