I had ice dams cause a leak in my roof and in my office. Service Masters came out promptly and got the mitigation work started. They did an excellent job. I can highly recommend these guys. They are finishing up some more of the repair work for me also. I would definitely call them again! Just a quick update: They came back today to finish up the clean up and did anther fantastic job! I appreciate you guys and all of your help so much!
Jayden B and Raymond R were outstanding. They arrived promptly introduced themselves professionally and immediately put me at ease during a very stressful water situation. They carefully assessed the affected areas and walked me through the entire process. They were both respectful of my home efficient and worked with confidence and professionalism. It's rare to see this level of customer service and pride in workmanship. I am very grateful for their help.
