I am so grateful for the technicians that came to service my home today (Sunday). Efrain and Alex were professional and courteous but, most of all efficient. They quickly cleaned, sanitized and removed the mold infested drywall, insulation and carpet padding from my basement due to water damage. I was highly impressed with their work, they removed all the debris, disposed of it without making a mess. I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

The poorest level of communication and issue resolving I've ever seen. They do not follow up on customer concerns. You have to push the issue over and over. Seriously not worth the headache. They reply on these reviews as if they do respond to customers concerns in a timely manner, but they DON'T. #receipts Also, concern yourself with the qualifications of the people they send for certain jobs (for example.. plumbing 🤔). I would NOT recommend this company.

Avoid this company! I had a fire in 2022, took two years to complete. House clean out with many items missing upon return. A friend had a fire and I told them not to use DSI company, they didn't and they were back home in nine months. I waited two years. Some issues STILL NOT resolved. Communication is non existent at this point. Just want to warn others. If you have a fire, save yourself more stress avoid this company.
