Noah was very courteous and professional. He checked all areas that possibly had been effected by a huge tree limb that fell on my house. He also went up into my attic to check for any moisture or leaks . The attic entrance is in the ceiling of a closet and is a very small opening but he was able to get up in the attic and give me piece of mind that no damage occured in the attic area. I highly recommend this company and Noah was wonderful.

Although the work was good they charged us double what they quoted. It was a real bait and switch situation. Very disappointing. Get all quotes in writing from this company. They are not trustworthy.

The work that ServiceMaster DSI - Springfield did for our house was acceptable, but their billing practice is very fraudulent. They quoted a price to remove the water which we paid. The provided a price to remove the carpet which we agreed to. Then sent a bill for twice as much as was quoted. When I called to contest the bill, they made up some story about how there were other charges - no real explanation.
