After we had a pellet stove fire in our living room causing substantial smoke damage, State Farm immediately dispatched ServiceMaster to our Central NH home. Adam came and did a very thorough job measuring and cataloging the affected areas throughout the entire house and helped me understand the process. I had a bad water leak in my basement and needed help fast. I called Emily at ServiceMaster, and she was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable right away and took care of everything, including all the insurance paperwork. The team showed up quickly, got everything dried out, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I really appreciate how professional and caring Emily and the ServiceMaster crew were — highly recommend!

I would never recommend this company for any work. It started off with me asking them to quote a removal AND replacement job. I skim the quote as I am frazzled from the water that had leaked through the ceiling and this is the third quote I had gotten and it looked fine on its face. Work is executed in a timely manner only for me to find out that they had JUST quoted removal and now they want double the money to put everything back.
