Overall I have to say I’m disappointed in the service provided and would not personally hire them. This was insurance claim so I had no choice. What was discusses upfront as there general practices is not followed through on. Communication was poor and they are unresponsive. Quality of work is sub par at best. They did not accept accountability for damages. I had to involve the condo corporation to get my home cleaned and tub repaired.
