I had a flood in a house i was renting. Service Master Complete was contracted by my landlords insurance company. I had renters insurance, Wow, once they heard that, the charges started coming! They were bulling and not professional at all. Beware of this Company! They are horrible. They charged for things that they did not do, and held my belongings for 2 months, until I finally rented a storage unit in my name so that I could have access to them. My mother's insurance company had service masters Escondido come out after water and mold damage to her house. The damage was caused by Fry's Electronics, they installed security cameras and put a huge hole on the side of her home and did not seal it. Anyways, everyone that came over from service masters was friendly and helpful. They respected all of her stuff and packed it carefully. The team that removed all of the damage did a wonderful job as well. They were always on time and let us know everything before it happened. ... read more
My insurance company arranged for Service Master to come out and assess clean-up after a water leak. The rep who came out persuaded my wife that she needed high powered fans and a powerful DE-humidifier to dry the area. He cut a hole in the ceiling then told her he would have to seal it again as an asbestos test would have to be performed before he could continue. He sealed it with thick plastic and tape.
