Made an appointment for an emergency due to basement flooding. Made an appointment with Justin for 3pm. He called to push it to 4pm and then 6pm and then never showed up. Don't rely on them in an emergency situation. (And when isn't water damage an emergency?)
My dishwasher hose ruptured and both first floor and the basement got flooded. ServiceMaster were there the next morning. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up and taking care of all the issues. The guys were very friendly and made sure that every detail was addressed. Thank you for your great service.
