Bernard, Dave and Jeff were Great! Very professional, courteous and timely. Bernard was a team leader and directed the process that went quite smoothly. The water damage to parts of my home was extensive. They removed carpet and tile quickly but the quality of their work was impressive. They explained everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves at every step. I would most definitely recommend this team and Shawn from the Berea store. Great Job!
We took water on in our basement when our sump pumps couldn't keep up two nights ago. I called ServiceMaster because my insurance company referred them. I was able to speak to someone at 4:00am. They took all of my information and said a tech would call shortly. I stressed it was an emergency...almost 48 hours later and still no call. I took my business to the competition and let my insurance company know they probably should not refer this company to someone in need.
Bernard and Tommy and Curtis were excellent! We had a major flood and they along with the company did an awesome job getting us taken care of!! Thanks Guys!!
This team came to my home within only a few hours after I filed a claim for water damage in my home. I moved into my home only two months ago, and I was devastated to find that my refrigerator had a leak ultimately ruining my kitchen floor. I was crying when Curtis showed up!
