This place has been closed for over three years and another business was in the location. Why is it still marked as being in business?

I was quite disappointment in the services I was provided. I called to clean my house to try to get rid of a chemical odor that was throughout my home, requesting all walls, floors, and other surfaces be washed and cleaned. First, the person in charge, Nancy, had said it would be an all-day job with two or three men helping, moving furniture, and taking dishes out of cabinets before moving large hutches etc. When the day arrived, she only brought along one man with her. What a blessing ServiceMaster Cleaning and Restoration were to me and my husband this past week when our basement flooded. Nancy and her husband arrived and assisted us with vacuuming out the water, clearing our basement of wet boxes and furniture and then ensuring all was dried over the next few days. They brought order to our chaos and we will be forever thankful for their excellent work in making sure our home was put back to normal.
