Go with a different company. This company created headaches months after project was done. Insurance had not paid them out. Instead of reaching out to the insurance themselves and putting due diligence, they decided to send me the bill and threatened to go to collections. I had a plumbing leak and my homeowners insurance had ServiceMaster Restore come out within a couple hours of calling. Owner Ryan has been amazing in coordinating the water mitigation process and keeping me posted with each step. The on-site crew lead by Damian has been incredible, taking great care and expertise with my home, belongings, and ensuring that all damaged areas have been removed and treated properly.
