All the people who came out and worked at our home were very personable and professional like Damien, Austin, and Deshawn. The supervisors Ryan and James always took the time to explain everything to me again very professional. Their response time is really good too. I feel like our home was in good hands with this company and the work is certified. My only real complaint was that scheduling had a tendency to be difficult. More than anything I think its the nature of the job so they still get 5 stars.

I experienced water damage caused by an upstairs shower that leaked only while in use. ServiceMaster responded promptly and efficiently removed the affected drywall in both the upstairs and downstairs areas. However, during the inspection, the technicians removed the newly installed shower faucet cover plate to "get a better look" and then declined to reinstall it, stating that a plumber would be required.
