If it were possible to give a 0 i would. This place is a joke! Way too many things to list that they did but if you choose to use this company i strongly encourage you to take pictures and document. Had a small fire and smoke damage throughout my house. They came and gave an estimate but never firmly set start date. I tried numerous times to contact them before they went in to my house but nobody returned calls. After 5 days of them being there I had to call 3 times before someone returned a call saying the job was "complete... read more
If I could give less stars I would. They changed my appointment time barely 24 hours notice, 15 minutes late, didn’t do the full job that I paid for, and are now dragging their feet on refunding my money.
