I'm writing this review to warn others about the absolute nightmare I experienced with ServiceMaster Trifecta. From the beginning, the company's service was disorganized and unprofessional. The employees were unreliable and often failed to show up when scheduled. To make matters worse, ServiceMaster Trifecta abruptly closed the doors on its Nashville office (which was run by the same franchise as the Louisville office) during the middle of my restoration project, leaving me high and dry.
